Return & Exchange Policy
- All returns & exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice.
- You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number.
- Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA.
- All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in its original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
- A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.
- Return & exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note that HDAccessory.com does not permit the return of, exchange or offer refunds for the following products and services:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications
- Opened memory
- Opened software
- Shipping and Handling Fee
- Product received after 30 calendar days of the original invoice date
We do not refund open package of the following brands with sealed packages; they must be returned un-open and in re-sellable condition, and in its original sealed package. Most manufacturer offer warranty on their products, please refer to their website for more information.
