Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
U.S. SALES ONLY
HDAccessory.com sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to addresses outside the United States.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All HDAccessory.com hardware products carry a Sixty-day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Third-party Branded products are sold "AS IS" by the HDAccessory.com, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by HDAccessory.com as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from HDAccessory.com. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at HDAccessory.com we offer Thirty-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please use our online Return & Exchange Authorization Form for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date. Opened Memory Cards and USB Flash Drives, configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the HDAccessory.com warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All exchanges will be charged additional shipping charges.
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in its original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 35% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Return & exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note that HDAccessory.com does not permit the return of, exchange or offer refunds for the following products and services:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications
- Final Sale Items
- Shipping and Handling Fee
- Product received after 30 calendar days of the original invoice date
NOTE:
HDAccessory.com recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to HDAccessory.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product:
System Failure Out of the Box
A hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please email HDAccessory.com Technical Support tech@hdaccessory.com within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. HDAccessory.com Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
* Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at HDAccessory.com's expense. HDAccessory.com Technical Support will put you in touch with an HDAccessory.com Sales Support Representative to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product. Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
Product must be deemed DOA by HDAccessory.com Technical Support within 10 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
DOA Terms and Conditions:
- If the product is deemed DOA by HDAccessory.com Technical Support more than 10 calendar days after the invoice date, HDAccessory.com's standard product warranty will apply.
- If the product is deemed by HDAccessory.com Technical Support NOT to be DOA, HDAccessory.com's standard product warranty will apply.
- Shipping will be arranged at HDAccessory.com's expense for all products determined by HDAccessory.com Technical Support to be DOA.
- HDAccessory.com reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, HDAccessory.com may impose a $25 handling fee.
CANCELLATION
Please email us at info@hdaccessory.com on the same day to cancel your order.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please email HDAccessory.com Technical Support at tech@hdaccessory.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under HDAccessory.com's Sixty-day Limited Warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section for specific information about HDAccessory.com's product warranties.)
Third-Party Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

CUSTOM-CONFIGURED PRODUCT
We are pleased to offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, HDAccessory.com obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
HDAccessory.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Express Checkout.
PLEASE NOTE:
Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
Credit Card Security Codes
HDAccessory.com requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card, on the signature panel. Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.
SALES TAX
HDAccessory.com operates business from City of South El Monte, California. 9% sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to California.

Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products. Products ordered prior to 10:00 am PST, via overnight service are normally delivered by 5:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left HDAccessory.com's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Undeliverable Packages:
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.
* Please note: Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in their sales order information.
ORDER PROCESSING:
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
